Dear Parents,
Summer vacation is quickly upon us! As you make plans to keep your children active this summer, please consider St. Clement's Vacation Bible School (VBS). The session runs Monday, June 16 through Friday, June 20 from 9 a.m. to noon. The theme this year is entitled "Surfin' with the Holy Spirit." The children will participate in arts and crafts, games, songs, and lessons from the Bible about Jesus.
Children entering Pre-K through fifth grade may participate. Older students wishing to be VBS assistants should be in grades 6-12, with Community Service Hours awarded. Loving adults are truly needed to help teach and assist. Experience is not needed — only a love of God and His children. All lessons are provided for teachers.
Registration will close on May 23. The cost is $40 per child and includes snacks, supplies, T-shirt and music. Registration forms and payments can be returned to the school or the Parish Center.
